Industrious line-up. Last time Stockport played us I was really impressed with how they was at BP, think we only ended up winning due to their midfielder getting sent off? Sarcevic if I remember correctly and the tide turned that game. I thought that they would of been up there this season after getting promoted with us and chucking the cash at it Wrexham style but it hasn't worked for them. Going for a 1-0 gritty win for the Mariners.

JMD and Richardson are better players for me and a greater offensive threat. Think Kiernan has a good work rate and energy but not much threat. Orsi still a bit unknown but unlucky to not have been given a start I think.

Really is interesting seeing how wrong the radio commentators get it when you're watching on iFollow. They're claiming there the ref's pulled it back for a foul by Clifton and that Green has been booked for dissent, when it's blatantly obvious that there wasn't a foul by Clifton and Green was booked for obstructing a player off the ball while they were on the counter.

Also that's really poor defending, terrible goal to concede.

Think we struggled a bit after their sub and tweak of formation, hope Paul will have had time to work out how to counter it and the players will be able to control things again. Cracking entertainment, but we really dropped deep last 10 mins and don't fancy doing that for 45mins.

Town in 10th same points as Tranmere but we both have a game in hand over 8th placed Swindon.   Much better game this than last week.  I felt Taylor was too isolated again. He gave away a lot of free kicks.  Efete's game has defo picked up - defensively and going forward.   Waterfall was a mountain.

Wow. What a result. Last season they were easily the best team in the NL, certainly better than us (with 11 players that is!).

Now we come and beat them 3-1 at their place. Fabulous. Five away wins already. Pretty impressive. And our startplayer is yet to return.

really enjoyed that game, good atmosphere, bit fiesty, one of greens best games though I worried he'd get sent off so was funny that it was a tackle on him that got a Stockport player red carded. Good performances all round really. Do think Khan has significantly improved us up top, just want mcatee back and we'll be really flying

Great win, defence held out well, didn't think ref was bad. Could of given Green 2nd yellow, did what we moan about when other teams are wasting time by booking players and not taking any tantrums from anyone. Really think Khan getting fit is a big part of our attacking now and yes Harry missed one but doing a great job of getting into the box from midfield. Efete good game as well, hopefully more confident now

Thought Hursty got his team selection bang on today. I understand people calling for JMD to start but think he’d have got bullied off the pitch today, definitely not his sort of game and shows the true value of a diverse squad.

Wonder if the Grim Reaper will strike again this week or if winning the league last year has bought Challinor some grace. Their board can’t be happy this season given the daft money they’ve spent. Admittedly, I had them as one of the favourite to go up again. Just shows you never quite know and highlights just what a great job Hursty and the staff are doing!

Wootton signing puzzled me but other than that I also thought they had a great squad, with quality throughout. But then again I rated Quigley and they let him out on loan to Rochdale where he's helping them rise up the table - something going on there with Challinor perhaps. 5 sent off in 13 games though - something wrong there as well.

It did look a bit like a team who have little faith in their manager, the sendings off, the sending a player that looks significantly better than what was on the park for them yesterday on loan to a league rival.

Madden looks like he plays for himself, is he drunk off with the stuff going on? Who knows. Challinor has similar body langue to parkinson in that play off game, a man desperate.

He made a bold substitution and they did score but half time rolled around and their tactic simply became ‘get it forward’ which after a 5/10 minute spell, we weathered pretty well…
