I got an email on the 19thAug. saying I would get a £10 refund for the Carlisle game and it might take up to 7 days (not 7 working days) to process. The 7 days are up and I have not had my refund. I wondered if anybody else is in the same boat or is just my refund that hasn't gone through.


You can please some of the forumites some of the time but not all the forumites all of the time

My mate was charged six times what he should have been charged for the game (£60).

He rang them up and has been fully refunded now, something to maybe watch in the future.

Had the same email as DB but not sure if I've been refunded yet as I don't do online banking, I'll have to check my next bank statement when its arrives.

I paid £10 but got refunded £20, they must have sent me both mine and someone else's by mistake.
