Spurs v Birmingham match obviously got heated.
Rehanne Skinner who was Spurs (Ladies) manager said to Bignot  “F--- off Marcus, you’re a p---k and you always have been”.
He replied, "Maybe if you had a bit of p**** in you and in your life, then maybe you'd be better for it and at your job."

The rest you know.

Although my previous comment is obviously stating he's a sexist. Its a thin line but for me that's funny. It's a bit of banter and the kind of stuff I say to my girl gamer friends (yes I'm a nerd at my age!)

When Bignot was appointed here it was greeted with general approval. He'd done a great job at a well run club and been a relatively big fish in a small pond.
Thought he was naive thinking he would do the same here, and when he was still talking about sorting the ticket office out while we were getting hammered by Donny my head exploded.
Maybe he'll be ok just having to focus on one job, and help him get over the recent incident. Felt a bit sorry for him when I read about it cos there's no doubt it's a scary world out there for an old bloke. The challenge will be keeping his gob shut and there's not much evidence he can do that

Wade Elliott has been promoted from First Team Coach to Manager. Bignot is First Team Coach.

Imagine the reaction of players when he segregates training and whips out an iPad and just shows the players drills on YouTube like he did here…

"Listen."

I remember seeing him sitting his Guiseley players in front of the travelling Guiseley fans after a game away at Boston. One of the players wasn't paying attention so he picked up a clump of grass and launched it at his head.

I do understand you, Aldi, and I largely agree with you on most fronts, but I’m personally among the minority who liked Bignot. We had some hammerings under him, but also some really good wins too. Our form was all over the shop, but I thought we were more entertaining and a safer bet for comfortable survival under him than any of Holloway, Slade or definitely Jolley.

I liked his character, and I think the way the players used their power to oust him was wrong. He had the guts to drop McKeown for Henderson, which was 100% the right call, and it sent McKeown into a jealous spiral.

I found it odd how Hurst signed Henderson, never played him and then signed him for Shrewsbury in League One where he was his undisputed number one. I think in Hursts' first spell, he had a lot of loyalty towards McKeown who had been his keeper for virtually all of his management career. The Paul Hurst that returned in December 2020 was much more ruthless in that regard.
