With us having a few injuries as well as the heat influencing subs/game-time, I'd imagine the first year pro's will get a decent amount of game-time tonight.

Maybe but don't we also have a friendly against North Ferriby tomorrow? I was thinking that we'd have close to what will be out starting XI against Orient for the Lincoln game, with a mix of the squad and youth playing tomorrow

It's best to look at tonight as two or three mini games. Once Crocombe, Waterfall, McAtee and Harry have been subbed it may be an uphill battle to sustain momentum. The youngsters will buzz around but their lack of physicality is telling. Hopefully, Lincoln will blood some first year pros at a similar time.

See Lincoln drew 1-1 away to Hartlepool on Saturday so that’s an initial barometer of expectations, be nice to get a win as me and the lad will be popping down Lincoln United tomorrow night for their annual game v the Chimps and we’ed like to wear our town shirts and have just a little gloat!!
