The new owners are changing the club from top to bottom and have made the town proud of its football team once more. What a stark contrast to the previous regime. Everything they do seems to be miles better than before. The club was simply an embarrassment.  The culture has changed completely. An incredible turnaround.   Mind you I bet they don't scale the floodlights when a bulb needs changing. So there is that.

In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions. Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them. GOD
