Obviously if Huddersfield have taken a punt on him then he must have something about him.

But are they aware of how easily he goes down with a well placed forehead to the temple?

With the right coaching he might develop, being that tall is an advantage in any sport either way. Man City once expressed interest in him so probably a few clubs who want to take a punt on a giant player and hope to coach him to be the next Peter Crouch.

Re watch the game. There's a few occasions he's taken a nice touch from a hoof or drilled pass and laid it off

I dont know if im the minority… but i think Hudlin is excrement!

I’m with you mate, big guy and poses a threat because of that for obvious reasons, but anything else is fairly average. If he’s 5”11/6”0 he’s not even a pro in my opinion.

"Falls to Arnold... Arnold! That's it! Thats it! He's sealed it! Grimsby Town are back in the football league!!! Just a minute to go and Nathan Arnold makes it 3-1! Look at the scenes behind the goal! Look at the relief! The agony is finally over!!!"

Hudlin scored three goals against us last season in less than 90 minutes on the pitch so thank God he's excrement.

I think that says more about us though as he only scored two more goals all season.

‘Dallas looked a good player in all honesty and will be a league one player next season’

Said his wife, Debbie

Debbie also said she is excited to meet his new team mates

Whether sh/t or not he has a distinct advantage over every other player in the league and even if you just get him to goal hang towards the back post and chip some crosses in you create a chance.
At that level wingers can generally deliver a cross so he could easily be in double figures in no time at all.
Also all the attention he will get will free up space for others.

I think he is very limited but also think he is effective so not bad business by Huddersfield I think.

Mentions Hudlin to Huddersfield here, but also says they are signing 22-year-old centreback Jesse Debrah from Halifax as well.

I saw somebody refer to Hudlin as playing like a greyhound chasing a balloon and I’m certain I’ve never heard a better description of a player than that

It seems there actually IS a good chance of Hudlin playing with McAtee next season! Apparently, Huddersfield are also in the market for John's brother on loan from Man. City.
