There are many posts on the BBC website with fans sending us their good wishes.  Far too many for people to read.

A summary:

A general theme was “ Well done to a proper club with proper fans.  Welcome back in the EFL. You like to make things hard for yourself.
promotion well-deserved”.

A Bromley fan praising Town fans for singing all through the rain.

A Solihull fans said that we deserved to win as we took our chances.  He had no qualms about the result.

Newcastle and Sheffield Wed fans fondly remembered their trips to BP.  2 Newcastle fans remembered Jim Dobbin scoring the late winner at St James Park.  All respect for us.

Many other fans from clubs and their congratulations. They were genuinely pleased for us and our success.

There were quite a few compliments on Reddit from people outside of the UK, after watching the Wrexham and Sundays game.

This run in has been good for the clubs image as well as the NL

Anyone that watched our play off trilogy would have become a Mariner by the end of it , they should sell it to Netflix and let them make a box set out of it

Mates that support Sunderland, palace and Ipswich have phoned/messaged me.

People at work have been brilliant too and many tuned in to watch us and see what all furore was about. Many said similar to above, how can a club be like yours be so low and have that hardcore of support

I had texts and messages flying in as soon as the game finished from fans of Brentford, QPR, Arsenal, Aldershot, Scunthorpe, Man City, Man Utd, Portsmouth, Doncaster, Mansfield, Forest, Solihull (!), Northampton, Wednesday, Blades, Rotherham etc

Really touched by their comments and those elsewhere such as on the BBC site. This beats the 1979-80 season for me.
