I would like to thank everyone who help me and my son watch the Might Mariners win at the London Stadium yesterday, otherwise I would have had to watch on the telly, which is never the same.
All my other sons have had the experience of watching the Mainers win a play-off final, but this was my youngest first time and was going to miss the opportunity due to being out priced by the National League.
Instead myelf and my son were able to enjoy the experience and make memories that will live with us for the rest of our lives.
So thank you to everyone who donated to the fund, the trust, the club, Kristine Green and special thank you to Mariner John & Rodley Mariner. I will never forget your generosity.
This why I love this club, always there to help out fellow Mariners.
Hopefully next season I will be back looking after the Press Room, which I have had the opportunity and privilege to do since 2013 on a voluntary basis, due to Covid had to stop doing.
THANK YOU.
We are back in the League.
See all next season

I remember how kind you were when Irish Mariner came over for his first game six years ago and we were reminiscing about it in The Cow before the game yesterday. Great to have a chance to repay your kindness and generosity then Mark and delighted you had as great a day as we did.

Yes it’s amazing how football can bring people together, this season especially feels different, there seems to be a real togetherness not only with the board and staff but the fans too, I’m glad you and your son got to see the game Mark, we have the best fans mate.

Exactly this. That day you both made my first Town game such a special occasion, and here we are six seasons later celebrating another escape from Non League! Was great to see you yesterday, Rodley Mariner, and your generosity in helping Mark out came as no surprise to me. One super season ends, and another one beckons.. UTM

Great to see you too Darragh. Some commitment to get across from Carlow for all three play off games! Hope the long journey home was worth it but I'm sure it was.

I am glad I was able to help, must of cost him a small fortune, following Town from Ireland, hooked on first game, we all know that feeling.

Times are hard, and when times get hard, families come together, and that's what football, and in particular this club is. One big family. This was only my 6 year old 3rd game, and I'm hopefully the core memories stay with him for a very long time, because they certainly will me. All town aren't we.
