Seem to have slowed down now. Still, 13k in this climate, in the middle of this absolute fiasco is something to be proud of.

Let's hope for 15k when everything is accounted for.  A great effort nonetheless.

I think if people were wanting to go they’d have got them by now as it can be done without leaving home. It’s still a very good figure in the circumstances.

Yep <400 sold in the past 24 hours. Be pretty much people who didn't think they could go but finding out they now can getting tickets. Nudging over 13k would be great. How many did we take in 2016?

Seems like transport is a limiting factor as well ticket price - coach drivers being sourced from far and wide and put up in hotels. How on earth did we get 30k fans to Wembley in 98…

Back in 98 travel in this country was relatively cheap and easy. It was very easy for pubs and clubs to get coaches, and I seem to remember we still had direct trains to London.

Yes was rhetorical - our issues are completely trivial to the vast majority but reflect a lot of the shite that is going on in the country at the moment.

The Bournemouth game was our first ever trip to Wembley so think that was the main reason we took that many . We’ve been loads of times since so the novelty has worn off for the part timers .

All true and of course everyone had weeks to plan the trip not days. All the more reason not to drag fans down to an overpriced athletics stadium at a cost of £100+ a head for ticket and coach travel, at a time of deep financial pain for many, on a jubilee weekend when there are chronic driver shortages (road and rail) across the economy, just to suit the few who want their expenses paid weekend in London...not scruffy Leicester or similar...
