To be fair, thought they were very gracious in defeat. Let's not become the cocky types, it can soon come back to bite us in the bottom.

Good old established club .I feel sorry that they have become a media circus .Hope most town fans know their hurt and just celebrate our victory rather than their defeat UTM

Wrexham were the team I hoped went up each season while we were in the league. Naturally when a team gets some money and media attention they become the team to beat but hopefully if we got promoted then i'd probably hope they came up next season. But if we dont go up either then intercourse em

Same, but that was only because Shaun Pearson was with them. Not so bothered now.

We may yet still be playing them next season, so let’s just be careful. I have a lot more respect for their fans than I have for say morecombe, Stevenage, forest green, Salford et al

They may have had a new owner that’s a major player in the media spotlight, but am sure that every club from league 2 down and their fans, would have a serious ego boost from that. In fact, I look at league 2 now and think that the conference is maybe even as good as it given the teams that have made the drop. Even if we do go up, I think it’s about time that it became 3 up 3 down

Numerous Wrexham fans stopped and congratulated us when walking back to the car yesterday. All said over the 120 minutes Grimsby were the better team. No running on the pitch, no aggression, no trouble. Nothing but respect for their fans and you can’t blame them for thinking this was going to be their season.

my gripe is with the Ref and Lino  shocking standard  all match  intompetance. Town were awesome yesterday   but we all know not there yet .The wrexham fans were humble in defeat  which great to see

Wrexham are a good club with fans who have stuck behind them for 15 long miserable years. It’s not their fault their club has turned into a media circus and become the team that everyone wants to see fail.

Good luck to them next season (unless we’re in the same league). Much rather see them in the FL than Stevenage.

As the longest serving national League side Wrexham should probably be classed as tinpot by now rather than ex-league team.

Magnanimous in defeat. They even blasted their own manager for blaming the ref for their loss.

Most admit we deserved the win, so fair play to them.

I still feel for them for getting 98 points and not getting promoted.

(Liverpool equivalent this season for 92 points is roughly 112 points for a 46 match season).
