Champions League Final.

I can watch it now happy that the lads have done their job for us today.

I only support Town and England but I will always support English teams/clubs in Europe.

Come on Liverpool.

I love it when English sides with great support go to other Countries and win knock out games........... especially when it's a visit to Wales.

'I walked in the dressing room. The window was open and I thought that a sea fret had got in. Then I saw smoke billowing from a pipe in the corner of the room...it was my centre-forward. Last time we played Liverpool, at Anfield, we gave them a goal start - then beat them in extra-time.

Last minute winner of course! 😇. And another cracking goal at that.

Journalists and fans in the queues for hours saying the fans are being held up unneccesarily and being tear gassed by the gendarms. Depends if you still rely on 1980s misinformation I suppose. Having been to the SDF before I can believe that the gendarms are causing problems. Took an hour to walk 1/4 mile that time. The fakes and fictitious coaches are scum of the earth though.

Bit slow this game, especially in comparison to this afternoon.

Scousers below par tonight and, despite creating a few chances during the game, look like they may be on the way to defeat.

Can't really think of a Liverpool player that was really on great form tonight. A couple of really good saves from Courtois, of course, but a bit underwhelming overall.

Perhaps I'm just comparing it to this afternoon's game? Difficult to match up to that!

When was the last properly good CL/EC final? 2005? It’s rare to have a good cup final but this one was particularly junk.

Hope our players were watching that, just goes to show how flat and disappointing a season can end if you don’t turn up on the day.

Liverpool looked toothless but only because Madrid were so well organised at the back and took their biggest chance well. A defensive masterclass

I'd add that tonight showed why TAA isn't likely to be playing for England all that much. In a tight game, he didn't defend well enough when he needed to and didn't offer anything much at the other end of the pitch. When Walker retires, I expect we'll see Reece James take over on the right with Trippier remaining the backup.

The atmosphere was terrible too, full of corporate 'fans' and the pitch was way too big, thats what big money doesnt get about football. Is big galactico stadiums , pre match shows with celebrities and two superstar clubs doesnt mean good football or entertainment. The european super league wouldve flopped had it gone ahead anyway imo.

All the bullshit we are fed about the Premier league......best in the world... Man City and LIverpool the two best teams in the world. Yeah right.

Well Real beat Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool. Maybe the Prem isn't Gods gift to the world after all. Just a bunch of  greedy money making PR clubs owned by a variety of over seas mega corporations, oligarcks, dictators and oil barons.

Give me Grimsby Town any day.
