Very interesting discussion. Matt Dean is pretty sure he knows where the training ground is and great to hear Jason talk about continued improvement and ambition.

Jason has spoken about myEnergi a lot in recent months, that job scheme before Christmas was linked to a guaranteed interview at myEnergi so I think they will be our new "long-term partners" as he put it.

He’s a clever bloke who has vast experience across a number of sectors. There is a realistic inclusive long term plan to bring everyone together and engage real professionals with expertise to take us forward.

I always think that it is better to develop steadily rather than a “quick win”.

Think he was saying a few years maybe to develop it into what they want it to be. I imagine the site will be acquired and announced in the coming months.

Worked alright for Brentford. I’ve read quite a few articles on their model and it makes some genuinely interesting reading.
