We need a new ground. It’s too small, and it’s not up to scratch. In a new ground we’d have had over 10,000 there.

I suspect we've been close a few times when Fentys accountants miscounted 5800 fans in the ground for purely non tax purposes off course

Kirky has pointed out that the last league game to exceed today was v Northampton on 6-5-2006. The Scunny game was a cup game.

If the away end had been sold out without restriction today the attendance would have been about 100 below the Scunny cup game (difference the COVID buffer seats left empty round the dugouts) and more than the Northampton game.
