From my Hartlepool supporting mate:

Was probably one of our best players last season. Got injured in Nov, got fit, manager left, only made 1 sub appearance since, new players we have are better/new manager doesn't fancy him. Good player for national league though. Plays centre mid or further forward if you play 2 AM behind front man

Seems to come with a good reputation, has experience in this league and wants to get in the team and crack on. Good to get a permanent signing too, not that loanees have been bad this season but much prefer having players be our own. Either way everyone knows the job in hand is promotion and glad to see us pushing in that direction still by signing a player who was part of a winning side and knows what he has to do.
