I know over the years there have been many successful position changes for players over the years, mainly defenders, who have been used up front as emergency strikers.

I reckon that if push came to shove, Michee CDAJATL.

He is very strong, has a good head on him, and has an eye for goal as has been proven this season and seems to have a poachers instinct.

What say you?

Absolutely class right back. Everytime I watch him he brings attacks to the game, he's almost like a lower league Alexander-Arnold. I rate him highly. Would never move him frrom right back.

We could put Pearson on the left wing whilst we're at it too. A game of Bignot Bingo for old time sakes.

Mjchee has shown he can score goals from right back. He hasn't shown he can score goals playing as a striker.

If it ain't broke don't fix it.

Would you put Alexander-Arnold up front. Maradona was good with his hands. Argentina should have put him in goal...

Seriously though, he's the best right back we've had, probably since or before Mcderrmot so think it's best leaving him where he is and rely on his pace and directness from full back.

That's quite a bold statement to make at this stage. He's been brilliant lately and it's great that he's popped up with key goals as well, but he's had shaky moments earlier in the season. There was a moment in time, just before Ryan Sears got injured and it transpired about his drink driving offence, that I wondered whether Efete would automatically win his place back.

I think he has more work to do to prove that he's a better right back for us that the likes of Carl Magnay, Richard Tait and Ben Davies. Only 24 though, so definitely a good prospect.

I think the first time I saw him was the Rovrum friendly and he looked promising.
Then away at Torquay he scored a solo goal which was a glimpse of real potential and a lot of us were asking why he doesn’t bomb forward like that more often.
Since coming back from injury/suspension I think he’s looked genuinely influential on games, making assists and scoring goals on a regular basis.
That progression, in a short space of time, to me suggests he’s definitely a good prospect, maybe a bit more.

There’s definitely huge potential there. At the end of the day he’s scored 4 goals in 19 appearances which is pretty good going for a right back - only Taylor and McAtee have scored more for us this season.

If he can maintain his current form we have a real player on our hands. Like much of the rest of the squad, we need to nail the consistency factor.

Still needs competition from a specialist right back, not Smith, who was a centre back giving his best in a stand in role.

Seems to have come back stronger with more passing insight than earlier in the season, also making better return ball space for himself to receive and run at opponents.

Should make the slot his own with good continued games.

More goals would be a huge bonus !!

We won't be getting any offers for him unless he signs a new deal.

Went with some villa supporters and they thought he was head and shoulders above anyone else on the pitch. Said it in the just back thread, but he has a Townsend quality of driving the team 20 yards further up the pitch which really can’t be underestimated.
