I don't think capacity would be an issue....🤣

One of the most worrying things to ponder would be WHEN Scunny are relegated, and IF Swann flogs the ground off, there is nowhere else in Scunny that they could play.

An option may be the ground is bought (probably by the Council) and leased back to them.

Another option could be that they have to ground-share........but with who? I think Brigg Town would be their nearest neighbours.

Something tells me it wouldnt be at BP lol

Surely he would never sell the ground he would never be able to show his fac3 again..

Then why take ownership of it? I’m not sure precisely how much the land is worth, but let’s say someone offered you a few million quid on the proviso you could never visit Scunthorpe again, would you take it?

I’d take 20p 😉

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

Having had a family member in Scunny hospital for a month a couple of years back, I can assure you that it looks better at night!

I would imagine Brigg or Winterton aren't anywhere near the standard required for the National League. Gainsborough was hosting National League North football for Boston last season so I'm sure that wouldn't be too far off meeting the requirements if it didn't already meet them.

Would Jason and Andrew consider it? We were hours away from having Hull in our ground at one point weren't we? If it was a profitable transaction then it wouldn't bother me.

Am sure all their support could fit into bottesford towns ground! Failing that, I would say they have limited options.

With no small irony it would suddenly turn Scunthorpe into a decent awayday.
