Whilst I fully agree he looked very promising, I’m not 100% certain he is the type of striker we need right now.

The lad Charman at Darlo has been linked with us (albeit somewhat speculatively) - have a gander at the first half highlights from their game at the weekend. Big, quick, direct, powerful, clinical. I don’t know whether we’d stand a car in hell’s chance of getting him here, but I think he’d really compliment this Town side.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe he is playing one division below us?  Why do we think we don't have a chance of signing him, JS said there was money for signings if PH wants it, and we are one of the bigger clubs in the NL with good crowds and a good team spirit.

Because there are a number of league clubs also apparently after him and he wants to play league football
