The acceleration of Harry just before the third was fantastic so late in the game. Cool-headed finish too.

Some classy finishes from town in there, one mega save and torquay saving their arses on the line.

Disappointing we conceded a goal to a man called Armani. Incredible clearance by their lad from Taylor. Glorious touch by McAtee in the build up to the third.

Great save from McKeown to claw it from arguably behind the line.
Hate to say (and see) it but that was a shocking dive from Efete too!
There are fewer better sights in football than a counter attack, that third goal was a thing of beauty in that regard.

Another worldwide from McKeown at 2-1, massive save. On balance, he doesnāt look to cover himself on glory for their goal but itās difficult to see exactly what happens from that angle. Efeteās dive was laughable. Itās like he sticks out a foot where he thinks the bloke is going to make a challenge, and just goes down anyway - behind the playerās feet. Fantastic direct running though, and of course for his excellent goal. In the two home games I thought he looked a little uncertain at times when receiving the ball in the opposition half, but heās shown what he can do there. One player I expect to get better and better.

Three cracking goals. We look dangerous from all over the pitch. Credit to PH for highlighting their weakness's and setting us up to take advantage. Their goal though, not the first time the wall hasn't been set up correctly this season. Their lad hasn't got it up and over or even around the wall. Just straight through with pace and not even into the corner.

The ultimate chav name. I was in a shop in Kingston the other year and a woman called out for daughter in a Waynetta accent āArmani, cam ereā. I looked at my kids and couldnāt stop myself from creasing up.

Hurst mentioned in his interview he wanted efete to use his attributes more by bursting into the box and doing what he can do.

Think Macca should have done better for the goal I know there was a deflection but he got both hands behind it and just seemed to push it in rather than out
Pretty good save later though
Thought we looked a bit dodgy at the back generally in 1st half (only seen highlights of course) Panic stations a couple of times and they missed a sitter
Can't see many clean sheets but so long as we score one more than the opposition then it's Portman Road next season!

To be fair to Macca, the free kick was travelling some and looked like it might have got a slight deflection. He didn'thalf hit it hard. Sometimes you just have to hold up your arm and say fair do's.

I think the way it's travelled, he won't have seen it until late and then like you say, it looked like it was travelling at some pace. On another day that would stay out but he certainly made amends later on.

I think thatās a fair assessment, but in truth Iām less concerned if we happen to look a little vulnerable at the back early doors. Hurst has shown he knows what it takes to deliver a solid back line and Iāve no doubt heāll get us there again, my major criticism of his past reign was that we often looked uninventive and predictable going forward. With 7 goals in our last 2 games, this team looks to be anything but. If we can tweak things at the back without losing too much forward momentum then we should be looking in good shape. We appear to be a better and more fluid side than I expected us to be at this stage - credit to all those concerned.

4 games, 10 points, 6 different goalscorers, best home supporters in the league, most and best away traveling fans in the league. Can't think of a negative thing to say. UTM

strange, efete's goal wasn't quite as outstanding as it looked on the day, but Coke's was entirely the reverse - was actually a good goal
Ipswin's point is valid, but given there's 3 new players in the back 5, with a lad making his debut i think it's understandable

Judging by Macca's reaction when it went in, he feels he should have done better too. Didn't get the right contact on it and palmed it into the net instead of away from the goal, might have taken him by surprise a bit as was a lot of bodies in front of him. In any case a silly place to give away free kicks.

I had no idea reading about the game that Torquay should have been 2-0 up. That free header, and by free I mean freedom of the borough of Torquay, followed by leaving a player unmarked 3 years out was frankly disgusting defending. Thank the lickle baby Jebus we played so well after that though. Coke's first time finish was class.

Watching live you have split seconds to see things which is why it is exciting. TV replays are that and can be seen several times, sometimes from various angles, and you then have a different perspective.

I just hope the manager doesn't start tinkering around chopping and changing things in the back 4 (5) too much. Should be able to decide his best back line soon and then I hope stick to it. Incidentally does anyone know why McAteer (I think it was) shoved Macca just before Macca ran towards the referee when the Torquay players were claiming the ball had crossed the line. Take a look at the vid, its quite a shove, certainly not a 'great save mate' gesture, looked very odd

I did notice that and at first thought it was just an overly strong great save mate gesture as mcatee is a bit nuts. But I think he also pushes the new lad just after but hard to tell. Might be a chest thumping 'come on' type thing, or might be some hand bags about who wasbto blame
