I think now the dust has settled, following the end of the transfer window, we might see a number of decent players having their names circulated. Managers will have an idea of the 20-24 players they want to work with. Some players who aren't in those plans, particularly if they only have a year left, will either languish in the reserves/under 23s/training with the youth.

They will need to have a successful loan to secure a decent contract for 2022/23 or face dropping down the leagues and having a sizable pay cut. Surely this will act as an incentive.

We should also see some talented 18/19/20 year olds becoming available if they have moved down the pecking order after some late signings.

IMO Hurst's phone might be receiving a few more incoming calls than those outgoing. Still heard a loan for Bogle might be on the cards. Don't roll your eyes, just what I have been told.
