Though at times I feel like we could use some coaching in making effective subs.

Check lottery result on the pitch, get down steps and stairs quick, get in queue for toilets, queue for a pint, check on football on the TV and your phone, and queue for a snack.  Then get all the way back to your seat without missing any footy.  At least the exercise warms you up in the winter. 😓
