Not sure what comparable standard The Scottish Highland League is but I'll be taking in a game in November.

My brother and me will be in The Highlands and it just so happens that on the Saturday we are up there newly relegated to that league, Brechin City are playing at Clachnacuddin (who play in Inverness). Would be rude not to go and get my footy fix that day.

Spare a thought for Turriff and Fort William. Look at their GD after just 2 games and 1 game respectively.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

Brechin City's first game in The Highland League on Saturday is home to Turriff, surely a nice big win there!

Not only their highest finish ever, but they had games in hand too. Impressive stuff.
