Was there any team from this? Were any of the 'free to leave' players involved?

Never get why we don't TRY to win the lincs cup as part of pre season. The senior team seemed to enjoy it when we beat Lincoln in the final a few years back.

At about 5.5 minutes our No. 7 flies down the wing with the ball at his feet and the shout from the Spalding dugout is "take him down, take him down..." Ah, the beautiful game.

It really did look like boys v men, we played some good stuff and mostly kept the ball to feet. Had a couple of chances to draw level.


Miss Scunthorpe. Not a beauty pageant, just sound advice.

I went. No. 8 our stand out player.
I remember their number 9 played against us for Stamford a few years ago - Good player and scored one of the goals. Matt Green looked the part....
I notice LuaLua is their coach. Ellis Humble also playing for them


Christ you all wanted him sacked a few months ago. 6th place finish and he's now the messiah and can do no wrong  
Update:  I think I've got this right - He was the messiah. He then wasn't. He then was again. Then it turned out he actually wasnt. He turned into one big huge messiah again. Now he's not actually the messiah we thought he was . Now I'm hoping he rises again quickly
