Just putting the feelers out to see if there is enough interest still to run another Fishy Buster and Prediction League next season.

Just post your interest on here if you want to enter either or both so I can see if there's ennough interest to go ahead again.

If there is enough interest I'll start taking entries in a week or two.

The Prediction League is free to enter. I give you 6 matches each Saturday to predict and you score points on your score predictions. 3 points for an exact prediction, 1 point for a correct result (ie home, away or draw} but not the correct scoreline. Also bonus points for getting total of goals in the 6 games right. You also get one game each week to "nap". This is your most confident prediction and any points won in that game are doubled.

The league stage lasts 12 weeks and then the top 16 go into the knockout stage which is played on a one off predictor v predictor basis.

The Buster costs £10 per team. You are allocated a random team from the top 5 English Divisions and the winner(s) is/are the first team(s) to reach EXACTLY 21 goals. Go over and you are bust and out of the game. Only weekend games count (Fri-Mon). If your team plays twice in this period, only the first game counts, and if your team doesn't play (for any reason), then you score a default 2 goals. There are cash prizes for the winner, the lowest scorer when 1st prize is won and a couple of other prizes too.

I disabled that years ago. Just got too toxic on here with all the x cross for no reason.

Although I have recently edited the code on Google console to only ever show me the green crosses and block out the red Crosses 😄

Prediction league will start on 21st of August, when The National League begins and the buster will start on Friday 20th August.
