stourbridge are semi pro so am guessing they'd only be paying 100-200 quid per week at best, especially as we are anxious to get him off our books

Fair play to the lad, for all the OTT grief he got about his baby shower last season he at least showed some willing & went out on loan to play. Think he’s got a better work ethic than some of the more seasoned pros who seem content to just mooch about, perennially “injured”, draining a hefty wage out of the club. Yes you, Williams/Rose/Scanell.


He's gone back to the level he came from. They play at the same level as Cleethorpes Town. Vernon scored over 30 in their last full season. If he's banging them in by Christmas still, he might be worth bringing back...

No. Cleethorpes are at step 4 (Northern Premier League Division 1 East). Stourbridge are at step 3 (Southern League Premier Division Central).
