Great at taking penalties but spent most of his time passing backwards.

If we were to sign him I would be starting an early "Hurst Out thread"

I've seen him a few times for Notts County and he always dropped a clanger every game in a dangerous position. Either a suicidal pass or dallying on the ball and losing possession in an area where he should be keeping it simple.

I saw him a couple of times for Boston. He was keeping things moving and pinging some good 60 yard passes but then he got sent off after being substituted and the NLN came to an end.

He takes a mean penalty and throw but he drops too many clangers in dangerous positions.

Dunno why but his name popped into my head and I see that he's playing for Boston in the National League North. Seems to have tumbled down the leagues a bit considering he was playing for a few league 2 teams before then and he's in the prime years of his career. Wasnt too bad for us when he was here.

Wont criticise him as, as has already been said, his ice cool at high pressure penalties kept us up
