Anyone know if the match is on free to air on Saturday? If so, do I just turn onto BT Sport?

Thanks for that, I’ll have to have a dry run prior to the match, to see how I get it.
Thanks again.

There is a free BT sport channel on Virgin Media as well as the subscription one. It should be on there.

Can't watch. Don't give a shitt.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

Man City to win on Mansion bet are 3-1 to win.

Only allowed a tenner at that price.

So had a sneaky tenner on Lincoln to win as well.

HT.....Man City 0-1 Chelsea (Havertz)

And fully deserved, City have been poor by their standards.

What on earth was Pep thinking with that team selection? Why do some managers who have all the tools at their disposal worry more about the opposition than putting the best XI they have out.

Chelsea deservedly in front. Should be more than 1-0.

Decent game and much better than the last all English final. Not sure Pep’s got his set up right, Chelsea getting far more chances than I would have expected. Reece James playing himself into a starting place at the Euros.

I thought City by 2 goals so Chelsea ahead.  They had other good chances.    Pep sometimes goes too defensive in key CL leagues. He has done the opposite tonight.  Gambling on Sterling must always be risky.  Especially the way he has played this season.

Very good game so far and a great atmosphere with both sides vocal. I just don’t get, with it being moved from turkey (or wherever), why not move it to somewhere more
Convenient?

As much as it pains me to admit it “keep us shape” masterclass from Chelsea.

City just don't like playing Chelsea do they.

And PSG sacked Tuchel, fool them.

Yes, clearly the better team.  3 consecutive wins over City.

Twice this week a team from Manchester started as favourites, both went out for all out attack,  both played poorly and both lost.

How many of this Chelsea Champions League winning side played against Town at Stamford Bridge?

Even though we got hammered it was a night to remember.

Only Reece James and Pulisic I think. Regardless, Chelsea had some incredible talent out there that night and it was pretty mind blowing to take in the sheer difference in pace and power of a Champions League side versus a lowly League Two team.

As much as it pained me to see us get dicked that night I must admit I enjoyed watching Chelsea and it was interesting to see their level versus Palace the season before.

It was amazing to see. So disciplined.

James and Chllwell just snuffed Sterling and Mahrez out completely. And Kante was simply outstanding.

No many teams can pull off a performance like that, especially against a team like City brimming with creative talent.

I'l be happy if we can keep us shape that well against the likes of Solihull next season.

I only saw some highlights but it seemed Pep was out-thought and his side outsmarted and outrun. But it wasn’t unexpected really, I’ve never rated him as a great strategist on KO games if his big buys can’t just turn up and have the freedom of the park. So maybe Southgate could learn something from the Chelsea way.

The Pep bubble went pop.

Take note the rest of Premiership, thats how you stop Man City, no plan B really, all this biging up Man City by pundits bores me.
The likes of Moyes, Dyche and Rodgers are better mangers.

Hope Sterling does not get in the England first 11, he been excrement this season.

Very similar to what Villa Real did to Utd.

100%. I still feel the best players more often than not will end up at Real Madrid. They pay extraordinary well eg 11.5million basic wage in 2019 and they have the history to boot. I remember David Beckham saying the only club he would leave Manchester United for would be Real Madrid.

Having said that some gems escape Real Madrids clutches. For me Ronaldinho was a genius and on form was practically unplayable. I don't think no amount of tactical genius could stop him if he  was in the zone. You try to mark him out of the game and that leaves space for others. Likewise in his prime a joy to watch as he loved the game and his joy was there for all to see.

Indeed, fantastic skill.....without watching him every week I do wonder if he was actually the magician more often or not or more of a frustration to watch or even play with by overdoing it more often than not.
Showreels are great but I just wonder if some of the stuff was actually that productive week in week out.
Playing in two or three team League's certainly gave him the stage to work on though.

I think like Diego Maradona or Christiano Ronaldo that magic can win you games in the blink of an eye. But yes as you have pointed out it has to be a team game and no player is above the side. Interesting watching the Netflix documentary on" becoming  champions". You may have seen it. Only 8 countries have ever won the world Cup.The great Brazilian side of the 1970 were so good and probably the best international side ever as they were a team all playing for each other. I don't think Ronaldinho was a selfless player through. From reading and watching stuff about him it was more the advertising and partying lifestyle which affected his focus.  In many ways he was a victim of his own genius bit like George Best but not as acute.

One life,one love .
