Surely it's like the funding for a degree. If you don't have aspirations to use that qualification to it's full potential then why embark on that path?


I'm 49 years old I earn twice the wage of an academy full time coach ( not a boast just do). I did it because I've been in football all my life and love learning and improving. Sure the money may appear wasted on the outside but it's given me more than money over the years.
