These are smart business men they negotiated the take over when we where higher up the league. We now look certainties for relegation so are we still worth over 2.5 million i would suggest not.

The sticking point was the repayment of JFs loans, JF wanted the £1.5m up front but originally they wanted to pay that back over 3 years "if" we got relegated In the end the consortium agreed to JFs terms, so whether we are an EFL club or a N/L club next season they are prepared to pay £2.5m for the club. 6-8 weeks is a minimum term to dot the Is and cross the Ts, patience is the key, not endless threads about it.

Correct. They are using GTFC as an investment in order to use the club as leverage to invest in the Town. If their idea of building a new ground et al on the Docks, it won't JUST be a state of the art ground, but probably leisure facilities and more likely retail too. Never depend on a single income, make an investment to create a second source.

If i was him i would be sniffing around to make sure alls above board, after all he is still a fan also but with a vested interest.
