According to Hereford, they have rejected an offer from us to sign LJL as he is not for sale, and they wished Giles Coke all the best as he joins Grimsby?  Don't shoot the messenger!

It's true we are getting 1 tonne of  coke to distribute to the fans,  We will then be in a nice, beautiful  place whatever happens to the team.

Trying to remain optimistic, but even the Hereford fans are questioning whether Coke is good enough for League 2. They’re certainly not bothered he’s going.

Hurst obviously sees something, so will wait and see.

The trouble when some one comes for a trial and they look good.

You have to take in they are playing against us.

Fans see players every week and whilst we all have our own view on players you cannot discount the views of the regular, remember Port Vale fans laughing when we took Kelly, Mansfield fans said Meyonaise had a mistake in him. Taking on two players from Conference North plus Habergam, who has not played for 18 months, is not what I was expecting from Hurst or hoping for.

Think Habergam long term is fine but we need to start winning matches in the short term not in March when a number of these guys are properly match fit. I’ve learned never to judge players until seeing them play a few games so praying Hurst is right and we are not sharing a ground with Hereford fans in the near future!

Pollock is 19 the other two will have spent the majority of their playing careers in non league and Macca’s ability as a league quality keeper has been the subject of much debate since our return in 2016. Just seems a mess and the new signings may turn out to be exactly what we need but it just doesn’t feel like it will be.
