We need a completely different team. 8/9 new players as a minimum and pay-off most of the team. Just hope Hurst can pull a few rabbits out of a hat to miraculously keep us up.

This is clear I think he needs to partition the squad any players not in his plans paid up this week if they will accept it or separated from those he wants to keep.

Major surgery required this week. If he can't get five or six new faces in this week I'd prop up the ones he wants with our young pros until he can. The existing team have proven they can not pick  up any points.

Thats very harsh on Green, and the other half dozen players who are constantly underachieving, game in game out.............but very true. They need flushing away.
