He's so arrogant, can't he see that with no fans left in a years time his shares will be worthless and he can wave goodbye to his loans anyway.  Take the offer on the table John, cut YOUR losses and get out.

Nobody has mentioned this before, but the Young's club sponsership will start negotions early next year.  With the Young's brand name to consider, I doubt they will want to be anywhere Fenty and his links to a convicted fraudster.

Actually he might need the money and pdq if the revenue are after him over the 5 star fish tax liabilities. It may be that issue which is the driving force behind all this

I think he wants to be the one who delivers a new stadium. After all these years, if the new lot come in and get it over the line at the first attempt, it'll eat him up.
