Yes he's bottled it. Plain and simple.

The 2nd paragraph of the club statement is really interesting and points towards Holloway being involved in the plans for the training ground (which was coming from investment from the crook).

So did Holloway know more about all that shenanigans than we all realised?

My philosophy has always been that once a player or manager leaves, I don't really bother myself with the why's and wherefores. He is no longer part of the club and all that matters is the club.

Same with JF. He came in, he tried, he failed, so onto the next chapter.

I bear neither no malice as it's wasted energy.

Yep, pretty much my stance too. Wasted energy. I would say though, you write about JF in the past tense. There is nothing from the club to support Holloway’s comments on him selling. Until it’s officially completed I won’t get excited.

Club statement says he's selling his shares. He has to, he has no other option.

I don't bear any malice at all. With someone as high profile as Holloway, it was always going to expose how the club was run. It did.

of course he did, and as Ive indicated I suspect  he was supportive. That deal was quashed, Fenty doesnt want to play ball anymore, I dont think whats gone on here is Rocket Science, the only thing that confuses me is that he (Holloway) wasnt going anywhere last week, when to me it was clear as day that once the May deal collapsed, what we have today was inevitable.

I think he's gone before they got rid of him, Fenty was clearly in awe if his reputation and a new owner may not have been so tolerant of the rank amateurism we've seen in team affairs this season.

You're not telling me that he didn't know that someone who could be described as "a bit dodgy" was willing to throw a million quid at a new training ground.
