A couple more players of morais quality and we will be fine IMO. Just someone who can get onto the end of his crosses would be nice

I think so but the bookies think we're third favourites. I can see Southend pulling away.

If by some miracle someone hands us a 20-goal a season striker out of the goodness of their hearts or Hanson has some kind of epiphany then we might stay up, but those are not 3/1 things.

If money is available and Day said.there is.

I hope we can find a.striker who scored regularly and stays fit most of the time.

Time for the cheque book to come out.

Day will offer you magic beans for your cow Pete....... he’s full of what come out of said cows back end.

Down for me as there is no way where going to bring in strikers with the quality we need.

People going on and on about the January window on here thinking its going to save us.
What the intercourse makes em think that even if money was forthcoming Holloway recruitment will be any better than the excrement hes already brought in??

In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

Run of games in Jan include barrow stevenage and southend. Huge.

I too TAGG stand extremely concerned by holloways recruitment just hoping and praying he can find the players we need and we can pull clear of the bottom 2.

Too many variables and too many games left yet to be reasonably sure one way or another. 3 or 4 good signings and some players already here back fit and firing and it's a different scenario.

Look how good Morais has been. Few more players like him around and we won't struggle as much. Bradford were no better than us, but what they did have was more experience where it mattered.

IF covid carries on at this rate, the season will be getting curtailed again.

That has to be a worry in case what new players do come in and don't turn us around straight away, we could easily find ourselves in the bottom two and end up being relegated in a shortened season.

Knowing our luck we'll get the 20 a season striker half way through which leaves him 10 to score, sods law says he gets three consecutive hat tricks in three consecutive 3-4 defeats then one in our worst ever home hammering.
It is 2020 after all and I can't see 2021 being much better.
