I'm guessing after his first Board meeting this week he has decided he is better off out of it. But on doing that, it now means he is free to leave or be sacked. Expect something to happen in the next 14 days

I said it when he made his statement in the week personally I think he’s setting himself up for an escape option if he needs it. I hope he stays as having to look for a new manager now is really risky when you look at the mess we’re in. He was clearly looking long term, with one day moving himself onto the board and someone else taking over the managers role, preferably with us in League 1, playing in a new ground.  Think that was the original vision anyway. Who knows what the future holds now?
