Over £841,800 has been repaid to Directors since the financial year ending May 2016. It’s all in the company accounts.

It doesn’t say who they were repaid to, but which directors do we owe money to other than John Fenty?

The next AGM is going to be very interesting.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

Thanks to the poster who highlighted this on another thread, but it's passed people by, and i think it's worth it's own thread.
Hadn't known about this and it's potentially very serious for JSF & GTFC

I wasn’t aware of it till yesterday until looking for CAs response to AM. The plot thickens.

So it's saying that he has written off 600k by loaning it to his alter ego, Fenty Man, who then can't pay it back and because he hasn't had it returned from his other back pocket, that he hasn't paid tax on it? Does he owe more tax than his assets would cover?

Sorry I'm not good with all the jargon.

Think there's 2 separate, equally serious matters. the first is a £600,000 loan that got written off, because according to JSF , the company was never going to get its money back. When queried by the liquidator he had one of those terrible memory lapses he gets (a bit like forgetting to update his Register of Interests at the Council) and couldn't remember what the loan was about or who loaned the company £600,000 (easily done, happens to me all the time)
#there is then the £1.2 million in unpaid tax which relates to a mysterious Employee Benefit Trust for Five Star Fish

Remember when people said ‘it could be worse, we could be a bury or a Darlington’...well we might have a club but it’s hardly whiter than white...

It's been obvious for quite some time now that Fenty only cares about himself and his money, he doesn't give two shites about this club, only his own ego. True fan, my arrrse.

I'd love to see us call in the administrators when he calls his loans back from GTFC for him to only get 5p in the pound of his loans back.  Then Shutes & co (or anyone else) could take the club off him for a pittance, and with all the money they save they would have enough for a rainy day fund.

That is why JF will never call his loans back while he is the sole investor as he would be the real loser and lose the most.

Can someone sort out the above link so it can be accessed.

I'm a computer dinosaur.

Hopefully you will find that the link just about sums it up.

When is the next AGM?

In theory, if I bought some shares now - would that enable me to attend the AGM and ask questions?

The AGM is going to be a brilliant event, I might attend this year just for the entertainment value and I'll ask any questions anyone might have (for a substantial backhander of course)
