Hi everyone

I live abroad and ordered some stuff from the club shop.  When I called to check my order they say the club shop is closed.  Then they go on to say that the opening hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5pm and Saturday 9 am to kick off. Do they need to change their answering message?  They also ignored my email.  

Any ideas?

Ring them in the middle of the night they should be open then.

If you ring them during the day they will be closed.

Time difference

I have the same problem as you. I have some questions before I can order and I have tried to send mail to both the club shop + one personal mail directly to someone allegedly involved with it - but there is no reply.
Too bad if more people experience this as it is lost revenue for the club. Is everyone on furlough that works there?

Poor effort with the webform not working correctly.
No excuse that online options are not available during the current climate .

Try the mariners trust contact geir I think some of them are volunteering to do club shop stuff

If you're on Facebook - the club shop has it's own page, maybe a message through that would be worth trying?  At least you can see if the message has been read or not.

Also as above, when I've ordered tickets in the past the confirmations have gone into spam.

Think she is very busy at the moment as she is the only one working there at the moment from what I understand.

As an aside does anyone have any contacts for commercial/sponsorship other than commercial@gtfc.co.uk

I appreciate the uncertainty and skeletal staff etc but I sent an email a few weeks ago and haven’t had a reply.

Don't suppose anyone has been into the shop and can tell me if they have the salmon mini kits for young kids please? Online they only have the home and blue mini kits, and of course my son has asked for the salmon one. Don't want to get him a different one if the Salmon ones are coming (I'm not local so will be buying online).

On the smaller side (as usual for Errea) I had to go up a size to my normal.
