Anyone else named their kids (or pets) after something Town related?

My previous dog's pedigree name was Mariner Boy. We knew him as Alfie and he was a black and white Border Collie.

Not sure I would saddle a son of mine with the name Blundell. Bit selfish for me.

I know they’re like family but you shouldn’t let your pet have a say in the matter

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

NIce to have a good news story.

Problems will be when the lad starts going out of the NE Lincs area and people call him Blun-dell. Probably a perfectly valid pronunciation but it just grates.

Almost as bad as the professional commentators who can't pronounce McKeown.  We all know it's pronounced, 'Macca'.

Good call not to call him Freeman Street.  His spiritual home will still be going strong when he becomes a father himself.

I've had a tortoise named Big Lew (Chatterley) dogs named Buckley, Alan and Shankly and named my lad Stewart after Stewart Gray.

If I get another dog it will be Ollie the collie.

When we lived near Newcastle we got two cats. My daughter called the grey one Dinah and i called the black and white one Grimsby Town Football Club, Just Grimsby for short.
I used to stand in the patio doors every morning shouting "come on Grimsby".

A MINIATURE dachshund!!! Struggling to visualise that one.
Woman walks past our house with 6 tiny Yorkshire terriers on leads. I asked one day if they're nearly fully grown to which she replies they're all 10 next month.
