Good evening fishy folk.

I’d like to talk to you all about Heads Up United, an initiative designed to help men with mental health issues through football.

The aim is to run regular drop in sessions where men can meet and discuss the game as a whole as a way of improving their mental wellbeing.

I’m on the lookout for a venue that could host our meetings (preferably a public venue with access to drink making facilities) so if there is anyone on here with contacts please get in touch.

We’re on Twitter (@HeadsUpUtd) and on Facebook or alternatively please drop us an email at headsupunited@outlook.com.

Gentlemen, you are not alone. If anyone feels a bit low or just in general need a chat, please PM me.

Personally, I am sick of hearing about mental health. It's up there with the 'isms' that bore me to death on a daily basis. Appreciate it may not be a popular point of view but it’s starting to impact my well being.

It was actually" International female dog day" as far as I read it was nothing to do with women in the statement by Fishyclapper. Don't jump.
