I think he summed it up to a letter.....

"never criticise the madman, he knows what he is doing"

I know Ollie and Colin Murray are close friends, so for him to call Ollie a 'madman', he really means it lol

And what a big soft Jessie Warnock is. Cleethorpes is “too cold.”

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

Even if he had, he wouldn't have brought about the change that Ollie has had, not only for the players, but for the fans and for the greater Grimsby. He's not exactly overflowing with charisma and positivity like Lord Holloway has.

Warnock, thanks.........but no thanks.

What? Colder than Scarborough?

I agree. Warnock is basically an upgraded Hurst.

We holiday every year in the Scarborough area and it's no surprise that Cleethorpes is definitely slightly warmer.

My wife is from Newcastle, now there's cold.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

If he doesn't like the cold then he'll never ever be manager of Barrow.

That has to be the coldest place I've ever been to. (Apart from Wembley when we played Wrexham)
