Arguably a huge upset and damaging result for Notts County, losing 0-4 at home to Yeovil. The magpies have invested heavily in pre season and are one of the favourites to win the league.
Shows that this league is wide open and anyone can beat each other.

Nolan after the defeat.......“It’s quite strange really because we worked our socks off on Thursday, but they’ve struggled under the lights and the expectancy of what’s been thrown at them".

I've heard it all now.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

What's worse is we're due to play at home soon.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

Didn’t Yeovil pull a freakish result winning heavily at Coventry last season .. still expect them to be bottom half and Notts top half come may

Notts C have had a shocking start. Expect a sacking before end of September. It’s what they do.

Given their league position last season I thought they were overawed by the occasion last April when we secured our safety so I can't say I am too surprised.

As said above, he will be collecting his P45 if he can't turn this start around quickly.
