Anyone with a season ticket that's not going to Barrow that would let us use the season ticket for tickets? Would sort you out for doing so, with it being 1 for 1 would need 3

I think, though not sure, that my brother is also on my account, so you may be able to get 2 tickets on it.

Not quite sure how it works, but I paid for 2 season tickets, so they may be linked.

Any clue to how Barrow tickets are selling?  We can buy on the day but with only 520 available it could be a bit risky to rely on just turning up. Aiming to pick one up on Saturday before Wrexham.

Spoke to the ticket office today and was told the initial 520 are unreserved seats and the standing terrace (which I think is behind the goal) would only become available if all seats are sold. So sounds like there should be plenty available.

That's great thanks. Irony is I'm having to return my Harrogate ticket due to being up there near Cartmel with the grandkids on half term hols.

If anyone is going by train via Lancaster next Friday, check that services are running due to a derailment caused by damage underneath to the trackbed this morning, looks like the line in question will be out of use for a good few days yet.

Fųcking incredible. First leg of my trip knackered by a landslip at Knottingley, end leg now victim of a sinkhole. Probably be a fuċking Godzilla attack between Leeds & Carnforth at this rate.

Took this photo this afternoon. Can’t see this being a quick fix I’m afraid. As well as the sinkhole repair, there’s track damage and a fair chunk of the wall is now sat in the estuary.

I've just noticed Network Rail are now estimating the 8th April for services to be back up and running again.

It was inevitable something like this would happen though, the football god decrees that Grimsby away at Barrow is affected by some element of challenge or calamity; this is payback for not having the game on a Tuesday night in November in wild westerly gales and driving rain. If not that then our fans are struck down by consumption of E Coli sausages.

I was thinking of going on the train - not actually that bad a journey if they are working. Looks like car now.

Quoted Text
Due to a derailed train between Barrow-In-Furness and Lancaster all lines are blocked.
How does it affect your service:
Train services running through these stations will be cancelled or terminated at Barrow-In-Furness and restarted from Lancaster. All stations between Barrow-In-Furness and Lancaster will not be served. Disruption is expected until the end of the day on 08/04/24.

Train not an option !   Unless you go via Carlisle to get there, but there is no train back after 5pm !

No trains from Lancaster to Barrow until at least April 8th, a bus from Barrow on Friday to Lancaster took 3 hours, the Barrow fans face the same on Easter Monday for the game at Morecambe, hope Grimsby can still take a good following to Barrow.

I’m having a pint in Penrith, but I’ve got to work fast so it’ll be two pints of cider and a pair of quadruple gins, ice in the cider.

Carlisle to Barrow takes an age. I used to do Carlisle-Workington and thats nearly an hour. Add another hour to that.

I was there Tuesday 10th November 2015 when we won 3-1, that was a cold windy night.

Will Danny Rose be fit for the Barrow game, if he is will course havoc with those slow defenders Barrow have can see us winning this game Barrow thinking of the play-offs don`t know why not a very good side really and like us don`t score many goals.
