I think the next 7 days will be pivotal in our season.

We have until Wednesday to get some proper talent and experience into our squad.
We need to make sure any outgoings are not essential to our survival.

We need to hope Harrogate beat Sutton on Tuesday. Sutton have signed some decent players and have turned around their previous trend

We need to show some bottle and get something next Saturday at Accrington.

We need Colchester to beat FGR……I think they will
We need Doncaster to get at least a draw at Sutton……I think they won’t

If we fail to get the outcomes we want in next seven days, prepare for meltdown…..

Apologies. It is indeed 11 pm on Thursday, unless you are referring to Portugal, Switzerland or UAE, who are later.
There are also other countries in UEFA which are sooner, which I find rather odd.

We have a 1 or 2 out of 10 hit rate in the January window so I'm not expecting any miracles in the next 48 hours tbh , it's going to be upto big Dave to get the best out of the majority he has got now - let's hope it's enough .

Happy with the three we signed this week.
Amos probably will chose non league and be allowed to go.
Miche off on his winter holidays to Highlands of Scotland.
Need Sutton and FGR to flop tomorrow

Just need a win or a good performance and a draw from us and we could be looking upwards

Well , overall think it was a good week for Mariners

New signings played well and look a cut above what we had before.

Sutton use two games for one point.
Three other bottom feeders fail to win.

But even more importantly Town looked energised, skilful, and pacy. Played well and could well have come away with all three points and a clean sheet.

Next game will be tough, but soon followed by Colchester, Donny and FGR.

This time next month the relegation picture could seem a whole lot clearer…
