Worrying times at dean court as Tom Lockyer collapsed midway through the second half of the game. Worrying times especially after he collapsed (I think) during the play offs last year. Let’s hope it’s all sorted quickly and thoughts to him and his family

Thoughts also go out to the all players and supporters there that obviously witnessed it

Match has now been abandoned .

It’s worrying to happen twice for a lad the age of 29. Unfortunately I can’t see him coming back from this one. Hopefully he gets a job in football in the future but needs to get better first.

Thats probably him done with playing now isn't it. Collapsing twice like that in such a short period is very worrying.

He'll be a big loss for Luton.

I don't mind Roy Keane making £60,000 a week. I was making the same when I was playing. The only difference was I was printing my own - Mickey Thomas

The area you are trying to protect at corners is the goal - Chris Kamara

Very touching to see the home fans give the Luton manager such an ovation at the end and their support to the Luton players and fans generally. Another very moving example of true football fans at their best.

As someone with heart problems myself (in fact I underwent a procedure on Monday and was terrified I might not survive it) I can tell you how frightening it is for the individual and his family and friends.

Thankfully it seems the rapid response of the paramedics saved him.

Get well soon mate.

Assuming a defib was close to hand , and some decent medical expertise -  they must have more confidence now in the facilities/training that is on hand as players are allowed to carry on playing with a heart defect /cardiac arrest . You would have thought after a secomd collapse it might be wise to call it a day .

Hope you are okay Ron get well soon

Cheers Mappers.  I am in recovery mode right now and having to rest up, but am improving day by day. One of my arteries was 90% blocked so the intervention came just in time I think.

Sounds very similar to what my modern hero - Bob Mortimer - had. Rest up, mate.
