Genuine contender for the worst half of entertainment you'll ever see.

Two incredibly poor sides.

Some observations on the first half.
Doncaster are sh1t. Town started well but seem unable to score when they are on top and got progressively worse as the half wore on . Why are we so crap at crossing and set piece delivery ?
Same old story !

Plus points, Holohan and Conteh playing well.

Decent start but steadily gone downhill as the half progressed and Doncaster came into it. One decent chance each but overall pretty dull fare from two poor teams with Town although slightly having the edge, Donny looking a little more dangerous going forward.

A much more Hurst like performance this - everyone holding their positions ,grafting and maintaining concentration (barring one Amos slip up on the left ).

Frustration is if we had setup like this the last 5 games we would not be in the mess we are  and won a few .

Need another 45 of the same or better and we will get a point ,maybe all 3 ; like we say most weeks the opposition are not any great shakes .

Ref didn't see the foul on Wison, knocked flying, nor the one on Gave seconds later.

I think any half decent team beats this Donny side quite comfortably...

I'm sorry but we are excrement. Donny are really poor and we've created one good chance which was well saved. The crossing and last ball has been abysmal throughout the game.
I'm afraid it's not just bad luck or bad karma, It's not even lack of confidence, the lads have put in a shift, it's just being inept.
We need a change. Mr Hurst must now be relieved of his duties or it's the unthinkable of non league again.

We ain't been right good this season so far but neither have we had the rub of the green.  Donny defender headed out for what looked like a clear corner, and his teammate extended what appeared to be telescopic legs to stop it going out. WTF?!    TBF Cartwright has had a steady game althouth not much to do.

One positive:- Cartwright has played well. Congratulations to the young lad, pleased for him. 👏
