Are fines still issued for teams that are making mass changes in this tournament?  I thought that had been ironed out in some of the appease type moves from the EFL.

I’m interested but not passionate about the result. It’s an artificial tournament which has no appeal . Living close to Bradford I might have gone for a curry and a cheap night out but certainly not top of my to do list
