Cannot understand why Kalvin Phillips hasn’t moved on, yes he got a couple of medals last season but he gets very little game time and now Kovicik is preferred to him.At this rate he’ll be able to play well into his 40’s as he’s not going to be worn out!

If he puts the effort in, it’s a slow burner at City. Pep switches his team about, especially early doors (ironic that people like to moan about that on here) and as with Grealish, he had to ride it out and when he got a chance you have to take it and learn.

Wouldn’t be at all surprised to see Philips on the periphery towards the end of the season and then get in the side next year. No doubt talented and there’s zero way he thought he was playing every week when he went there.

Haaland has only ever done it in a farmers league…
