Not looking good for them. Facing a winding-up petition, office staff not paid for four months and their fans saying that it looks unlikely that the National League will allow them to start the season. Can’t sign any players or extend contracts, can’t train at the training ground, water turned off for unpaid bills, players on strike, and no pre season friendlies. Their friendly tomorrow has been cancelled due to not being able to field a team or having a physio. Transfer embargo since September. Not good.

You never want a club to go out of business but there comes a point when it’s causing a negative impact on other businesses. Unpaid utility bills, caterers not paid, staff not paid, water cut off to the training ground, the list goes on. No other business would be allowed to run like this. "Falls to Arnold... Arnold! It’s shite for everyone but surely enough is enough. Nothing has changed since the last winding up order. 'the poor and the needy are selfish and greedy'...well done Mozza
