Now the fixtures are out everything feels a bit more real. I remember not really being able to make sense of the sky deal’s impact on every game being streamed to ‘foreign’ fans like they have before.

Does anyone have any clarity? Have Sky titsed up our nice deal for exiles.

Well yes, but....?

   328 Sky Bet Championship matches
248 Sky Bet League One matches
248 Sky Bet League Two matches
    All 15 Play-Off matches
    All 93 Carabao Cup matches
    All 127 EFL Trophy matches

There are 276 (12 x 23) league2 matches  so not 100%,

That's good news for the IPTV brigade. 46 league games to look forward to, plus the added bonus of all the cup games as well!

248 League 2 matches?

Wrexham will only play 46 games.

There are 552 regular season matches in each of the three EFL divisions.

So around 59% or Championship matches & 45% of League One and Two matches will be on Sky Sports.

iFollow is as good as dead for domestic sales.

Will it though? A year is a long time for things to change.

Don’t be surprised if the EFL sell worldwide rights to someone like Viaplay.
