If you're M or L usually then XL will be fine and if you're on the bigger side of L you'll want XXL I reckon.

Personally recommend going at least one size up from your size as they aren't that big. I like my tops a bit baggy so went with an XXL and it still isn't that big.

According to the Macron sizing guide on the OS, XXL is 108 to 112 CM, which is 42 to 44 inches.

That is considered as L at most other outlets, so they are definitely on the snug side. If the size chart is accurate, I think you could go 2 sizes larger than normal.
