Just on the train back to Darlington after spending the day in Cleethorpes for the Town game with my little en.

We had a belting day, from being in the FanZone where somehow some people recognised me because of the accent and said hello. Couldn’t remember anyone’s names as I was trying to listen to 2/3 conversations. Cracking FanZone you have mind, banging atmosphere and look rammed from when I was in there with my mates and little en.

Atmosphere at the game was cracking too, not seen BP make that much noise in a looooong time. Absolute fair play to everyone in the Upper Findus, my little en was singing her little head off (she lives in Grimsby so she was buzzing). We will definitely back when I’m in Grimsby.

Seems that Grimsby are on a massive upward spiral, the excitement around the place today was sensational. I absolutely loved to see that. About time you had some success after the shite you had through Fenty.

Pleasure as always guys. All the best for the season and take care of Erico Sousa for us lot up north.

Aye I think she loved it, I’ve took her to a couple Darlo games this season but she’s not massively into her footy at the moment, so any opportunity I’ve got - I’m taking her to the footy.
